These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bloomsprop landlord and tenant apps and website (the "Service"), operated by Bloomsprop ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Bloomsprop, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;

4. Landlord and tenant responsibilities

Bloomsprop is a platform that helps landlords and tenants manage tenancies, maintenance, references, and related tasks. You are solely responsible for your own legal obligations, including compliance with tenancy, housing, and safety laws. Bloomsprop is not a party to any tenancy agreement and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the relevant app store and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to host, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you share.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bloomsprop and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
