These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bloomsprop Traders app and website (the "Service"), operated by Bloomsprop ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile, qualification, and insurance information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Misrepresent your trade, qualifications, insurance, or eligibility to carry out work;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Jobs and work quality

Bloomsprop Traders is a platform that connects tradespeople with maintenance jobs posted by landlords. You are solely responsible for the work you agree to carry out, including its quality, safety, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Bloomsprop is not a party to any agreement between you and a landlord and does not guarantee any volume of work.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the relevant app store and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to host, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you share.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bloomsprop and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bloomsprop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
